Integrating with Buy on Google(formerly Google Shopping Actions) can be split into two main parts:
1. Product Feed Submission
For the Product feed, Buy on Google is very similar to Google Shopping, but with an opt-out or in field. You can submit your feed via API or via a feed.
2. Automating Orders
In terms of automating orders, the only way to do this is to utilize the Buy on Google API.
