Feedonomics Holdings, LLC (“Feedonomics”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to identify the types of information that we collect through this website and the Feedonomics App (collectively, the “website” or “site”), as well as how that data is used, your rights with respect to that data, and how you may contact us to exercise your rights. 

Feedonomics may amend this Privacy Policy at our discretion at any time. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated notice on this page and update the effective date. This policy was last updated on January 19, 2022.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Personal information generally refers to information that (i) relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, or (ii) identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. 

When using our site, you may be asked to enter certain pieces of personal information, including your name, email address, phone number or other details to express interest in our product or help you with your experience. We may use this information, as well as any additional information that we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey, engage with marketing, browse the website, or use certain other site features, in the following ways:

Web site log files are used to store information such as: internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement within the site and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Information Use and Retention

Information collected through this website will generally be used for the purpose for which it was provided, or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. This means that Feedonomics will ordinarily only use and retain personal information and other information collected on this website for, and as long as, it is needed to provide services or products that you have requested; to communicate with you; for invoicing, advertising, and marketing; for improving the user experience, such as troubleshooting, optimization, and personalization; and to comply with our legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations. Feedonomics does not sell your personal information and has not done so in the past 12 months. We may, however, share your personal information with authorized service providers or business partners that help us carry out our business activities; in response to lawful requests from public authorities or judicial tribunals; with a related business entity in connection with a merger or corporate reorganization; or as may be necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies or protect third parties’ or Feedonomics’ rights, property, or safety. 

Data Security

Safeguarding the information you give us or we receive about you is a priority for Feedonomics. We take appropriate and industry-standard data security measures to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. We also provide security awareness and training for our workforce. 

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information

Certain data protection laws may provide you with a right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. If you would like to view, update, or remove the personal information that Feedonomics has relating to you, please make a request by emailing support@feedonomics.com.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails from Feedonomics, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or email us at support@feedonomics.com and we will remove you from all appropriate marketing correspondence.

Legal Basis for Processing EEA/UK Data

To the best of our knowledge, we have not collected any other types of personal information via this website in the last twelve months.

We may also share personal information if you use our services to interact with third parties or direct us to disclose your Personal Information to third parties.

Right to Know and Deletion: To exercise your “right to know” or “right to delete,” California residents may contact us by emailing support@feedonomics.com, or by mailing a request to the address listed below. To protect your personal information, we will verify your identity by a method appropriate to the type of request you are making. 

Other California Disclosures

Shine the Light Disclosures: California law permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Feedonomics does not share information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing benefit. For additional information, California residents may contact us at the address below using the reference “Shine the Light Disclosure.” 

Do Not Track: California law requires that websites disclose their practices with respect to the use of tracking technology by third parties and whether the site honors browser “Do Not Track” signals. Third parties are not allowed to collect personal information from this website for their own benefit. However, this site does not currently recognize or respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings or signals.

Children

As a general rule, Feedonomics’ website and services are not targeted toward children. We ask that no person under the age of majority use this website or submit personal information via this website. If we become aware that a minor’s personal information has been improperly submitted, then we will take all commercially reasonable steps to delete that information in a manner consistent with all applicable regulations.
