At Feedonomics, we are committed to recognizing and uplifting the powerful leading women on our team. The continued underrepresentation of women in tech jobs and leadership positions is something Feedonomics works to combat through open panel discussions and consistent internal growth. That is why we are excited to announce our very own Yesenia Monroy, Senior Director of Global Operations, has been selected as part of the 2021 RiseUp Academy for Money20/20, a leading networking platform for women in financial technology.

Through global programs, industry insights, and networking opportunities, Money20/20 works to give women and people of color actionable skills and techniques to negotiate higher pay, advance in their careers, and excel in senior leadership roles.

The RiseUp Academy program at Money20/20 is a global event that provides leading women with the network, tools, and techniques to help them reach new career heights. The event, held from October 24-27, gives Yesenia and the other women selected access to exclusive networking opportunities, one-on-one mentoring, and connections with a community of female leaders in the FinTech space.

“RiseUp provides women in FinTech the support they need to grow and succeed at every career stage,” Yesenia said. “The business leadership landscape is changing, and I am proud to be part of the evolution.”

Yesenia, who has been with Feedonomics for nearly two years, is just one of the incredible leading women on our team. As Senior Director of Global Operations, Yesenia cultivates relationships with some of our largest enterprise clients and agency partners. She expertly manages a team of more than 150 global Feedos and plays a key role in ensuring we continue to provide the best service in the industry.

We are so proud of Yesenia and all the other talented, award-winning female leaders at Feedonomics, and we will continue to strive for inclusivity across our company and our leadership teams.
