Required Myshopping feed fields

| Product ID | Unique code used to identify the product. |
| Product name | Full name or title of the product including brand, model number and product type. |
| Product description | Detailed product description. Max 255 characters. |
| Product category | Category of the product, chosen from Myshopping category list. |
| Product price | Product price in Australian dollars including GST. Include decimal point but no currency symbol. |
| Product URL | Link to product page on the website where customer can purchase from. |
| Product image URL | Link to the product image on the website. |
Optional Myshopping feed fields
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Product brand | Brand or manufacturer of the product. Recommended field. |
| Shipping costs | Costs of postage and packaging in Australian dollars. No currency symbols. Add ‘0’ if free shipping and leave blank if shipping costs are variable. Recommended field. |
| Product in stock | Use Y for in stock and N for out of stock. Recommended field. |
| MPN | Manufacturer part/product number. Recommended field. |
| Product size | Size of product. For clothing and fragrance. Required field for fragrance. |
| Product author | Author of product, used for books. |
| ISBN | International standard book number, used for books. |
| Product artist | Name of the performing artist, used for music products. |
| Platform | Used for video games (Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.) |
| Rating | For DVD & video (PG, 15, 18, etc.) |
| Format | For Music, DVD & Video (CD, tape, DVD, etc.) |
| Gender | If the product is designed for a specific gender (men, women, etc.) |
| Wine varietal | Used for wine (Merlot, Champagne, Pinot, etc.) |
| Vintage | Used for wine to define the vintage. |
| Age | The age group the product is designed for. Used for children’s and baby clothing. |
What formats does Myshopping accept?
Myshopping accepts CSV, TXT, RSS and XML files.
How to send your product feed to Myshopping
Myshopping offers an FTP service to host datafeeds. Files can be saved directly to the FTP and will be scanned daily. Feeds can also be sent via URL. CSV and TXT files can be sent via email or manual upload. This is useful for customers with only a handful of products who are not familiar with creating datafeed files.
