How to name your Ingram feed file?

Make sure that your filename includes publisher name and date.

How about Images in the Ingram feed?

All digital images must be sent in the following format: JPEG or TIFF RGB colorspace (No CMYK images will be
accepted) Clean, clear, and sharply defined 72-300 dpi At least 648 pixels on the longest edge required (1000 pixels
preferred) Images must be supplied via FTP, CD-ROM or DVD. Images may also be uploaded via the Product Management
(SUPPLiWAY) option on ipage®

Note 1: All images must be named by EAN. Images must be named by the 13 digits of the EAN with extension. No hyphens
or other characters should be present. If an image can be used for two separate EANs, please save the image once
under each EAN. We are unable to use images named in any other manner. Example: 9781234567890.jpg or
9781234567890.tif Note 2: All book images must be a two dimensional (flat) scan of the front cover without borders
or drop shadows. Multi-volume boxed sets and non-book product images may be three dimensional photos with a white
background.
