Last week our Manila team held a charity event for the Missionaries of Charity Home of Joy for the Sick Children in Manila. Philippines. It is one of the 18 homes for the Missionaries of Charity around the Philippines founded by Mother Theresa of Calcutta.
The Charity Home of Joy for the Sick Children currently houses and cares for nearly 50 abandoned children suffering from illnesses such as hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy or physical conditions such as blindness and down syndrome. Recently, the facility also took in the young victims of the recent Taal volcanic eruption.
Our Feedonomics team organized the drive where they collected and delivered toiletries, food and school supplies for the kids in need and their dedicated caretakers. We like to thank our Feedo team members for living the company’s principles and giving back!
