The Role

As an Account Director - MidMarket at Feedonomics, you will be responsible for driving new business through outbound sales, partner-sourced opportunities, and direct selling. You will strategically engage mid-market prospects, guiding them through the sales cycle with a consultative approach.

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively source new business through outbound efforts, leveraging provided lead lists and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Selling Through Multiple Channels: Drive sales through direct outreach, partnerships, and referrals, effectively managing a pipeline of brands, retailers, and performance marketing agencies.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct compelling product demos via screen share and clearly articulate Feedonomics’ value proposition and competitive differentiators.

The Requirements

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager (“CSM”), you are an individual contributor who will play a critical role in ensuring our customers are having an amazing experience and maximizing the value from our platform and offerings.  You’ll manage a book of business across some of the largest, most well-known brands in e-Commerce.  In this role, you’ll be accountable for the customer’s overall success with Feedonomics, including product / feature adoption, improving satisfaction, expansion and renewals. 

The Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete ownership over an assigned book of business of Feedonomics customers with responsibility over key customer success metrics including Net Revenue Retention and NPS
  • Build deep, lasting relationships, establish yourself as a trusted advisor and drive adoption of our products and services that align with your customer’s goals
  • Recommend advertising and marketing channels to ensure that your customers are maximizing outcomes with fully optimized product data across their partner ecosystem

The Role

The Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete ownership over an assigned book of business of Enterprise customers with responsibility over key customer success metrics including NPS, account growth, forecasting and revenue retention
  • Be the internal subject matter expert and drive adoption of our solutions that provide value for your customers through consultative selling techniques
  • Advise merchants on best practices to help them improve time to first sale, search optimization, conversion, site speed, fraud management, business operations and other key impact areas
  • Improve revenue retention rates for your book of business by building strong reference-able working relationships with your clients from entry level to C-level executives

As a part of our Global Operations team is the Advertising team, which is a client-centric team supporting a fully managed solution that streamlines feed optimization, product listing, and data synchronization for hundreds of paid search, social media, and affiliate channels. Our stellar global operations team and support specialists are available 24/7, enabling Feedonomics to create a full-service feed management experience for advertisers.

The Role

The Feed Build I specialist will be responsible for setting up, analyzing, and optimizing product data feeds for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the feed is optimized to the client’s requests and industry best practices before going live, and troubleshooting any errors after the feed has been sent to a marketing channel. You will transform raw data into an optimized product feed, tuned for performance in each unique channel, including Google, Bing, and CSEs.

The Responsibilities

  • Building Optimized Feeds
    • Review imported data and client requirements for each build
    • Transform raw data into an optimized product feed following Feedonomics best practices
    • Build product feeds and filter mass quantities of product data into usable product listings
    • Review feeds for data integrity to assess the quality of feeds
    • Bring optimized feeds live in Google Merchant Center
    • Troubleshoot errors and issues in Google Merchant Center

  • Strategic Growth:

    • Create a detailed territory plan, outlining strategies, target accounts, and actions needed to exceed revenue goals.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Operations Onboarding with a strong technical and leadership background to lead and optimize our onboarding processes for Feedonomics clients. This role is responsible for managing high-performing onboarding and support teams, ensuring seamless integrations, and driving efficiency in client implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data feeds, APIs, SaaS platforms, and eCommerce ecosystems, enabling them to troubleshoot technical challenges and enhance onboarding workflows. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to refine processes and deliver a best-in-class client experience. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

The Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations Managers and oversee our onboarding team and Lite support team while ensuring a smooth client go-live experience. 
  • Develop and execute onboarding strategies that drive client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Continuously optimize onboarding processes to improve efficiency, reduce time to value, and enhance scalability.

The Responsibilities

  • Escalation for on RFPI/RFI, Vendor Assessment, Security Questionnaires, and all applicable documents.
  • Participate in all stages of the midmarket, strategic sales, and enterprise business development lifecycle, including: 
    • Provide technical input on discovery calls 
    • Give in-depth demonstrations of the Feedonomics platform
    • Prepare and showcase custom demos and data setups
  • Responsible for managing customer escalations
  • Project manage and present custom demonstrations
  • Review technical details with final decision-makers at the end of the sales cycle

Remote First

Here at Feedonomics, we operate in a fully remote work environment. Our home office is based in Los Angeles, California, but our employees are located all over the United States and globally.  

The Role

In this role, you will be developing the amazing features that power our robust and scalable SaaS platform, building an API, consuming an API, and scaling an API

The Responsibilities

  • Implement scalable PHP APIs, services and solutions from concept to production as part of a focused product team
  • Engage in various aspects of the software development process, including design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers during software design sessions.
  • Collaborate with other Engineers, Product and Design team members to align on requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Support bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production
  • Write clean, reusable and quality code, adhering to best practices 
  • Seek and participate in personal development opportunities to maintain a detailed knowledge of industry standards and engineering best practices 

The Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with software development in full stack technologies
  • 1+ years experience with PHP (Strongly preferred)
  • 1+ years experience with MySQL or similar technology
  • Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals and design principles.
  • Comfortable with using Linux and git
  • Can write testable, readable, maintainable code.
  • Willing to work in a highly collaborative remote environment.
  • Ability to perform time and memory complexity analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong technical presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for technical communication and collaboration

Education:

  • BS degree required or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical field
