Joseph Joseph laundry basketJoseph Joseph is a London-based global brand known for its premium homeware products designed to solve everyday household problems. With a reputation for functional innovation and sleek design, the company operates in competitive ecommerce and retail markets across multiple regions.

To scale performance marketing effectively, Joseph Joseph needed a streamlined way to manage and optimise product feeds across key advertising platforms. After an agency referral — and with previous experience using the platform — Pia Sharma, Head of Digital Marketing and CRM, turned to Feedonomics in July 2024 to improve feed hygiene and drive better marketing outcomes.

Before using Feedonomics, internal teams were bogged down by the time-consuming task of managing product feeds manually. This slowed down campaign optimisation efforts and risked performance dips due to inefficient processes. Feedonomics addressed these concerns by handling feed management end-to-end, allowing Joseph Joseph to focus on strategic performance improvements.

“We now have more time to focus on campaign optimisation and best practices, with minimal downtime,” said Sharma.

Regaining time for high-impact work

Before Feedonomics, managing product feeds was a resource-intensive process for Joseph Joseph’s digital team. This created a barrier to timely optimisations, slowing campaign improvements and limiting the brand’s ability to execute best practices efficiently.

The initial data cleanup meant structuring and improving Joseph Joseph’s listings to be robust and consistent across channels. Adding variant information to titles, mapping additional images to each listing, and categorising each product granularly increased catalog quality across the board.

Once data transformation rules were created, any new products in the feed were also structured and consistent. This freed up Joseph Joseph’s team to focus on performance strategy rather than technical maintenance. Putting automated systems in place for maintaining data quality improved operational efficiency and enabled faster deployment of campaign tests and learnings.

“Feedonomics helped us focus on getting our campaigns optimised based on best practices, and to test and learn more,” Sharma said.

Enabling consistency, collaboration, and strategic testing

Joseph Joseph needed a partner that could work closely with both its agency and internal teams.

Feedonomics provided ongoing support, including a dedicated feed manager who acted as a central point of contact across stakeholders. Joseph Joseph received prompt responses to feed adjustments, and proactive recommendations during bi-weekly check-ins. This enabled the brand to remain agile and confident in campaign execution.

Joseph Joseph needed a partner that could work closely with both its agency and internal teams.

One strategic focus area was Joseph Joseph’s high-performing laundry product category — the goal was to drive more engagement and conversions. Feedonomics collaborated with the internal team and agency to align on goals, then implemented key feed transformations to support this priority. Enhancements included refining product titles, applying strategic categorisation, and leveraging custom labels to improve targeting and visibility across campaigns.

With these improvements in place, the team supported structured A/B testing to measure the impact of feed changes. This test-and-learn approach gave Joseph Joseph valuable insights into what resonated most with customers, enabling smarter decisions and more focused campaign execution moving forward.

Empowering future growth through experimentation

Joseph Joseph chopping boardsFeedonomics’ SKU-level optimisations helped Joseph Joseph better allocate spend — most notably increasing the share of investment in laundry products from 25% to 32% YoY. Additionally, strategic improvements drove a 9% increase in click-through-rate (CTR) across the top 5 SKUs, and engagement rose in 5 out of 6 markets for the top 10 SKUs globally.

Overall, its campaigns experienced 2% growth in CTR, a 41% increase in spend, and a 22% rise in clicks YoY from 2024 to 2025 jumped 38%, while average order value rose 6% — highlighting a strong return on feed optimisations.

With operational bottlenecks removed and expert support in place, Joseph Joseph is now focused on scaling its performance through experimentation. The team is exploring more robust A/B testing strategies and has the scalable platform to apply learning across channels. Feedonomics supports Joseph Joseph’s feeds on Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Awin.

“We want to do more A/B testing to ensure we maximise our opportunity through Meta and Google,” Sharma said.
