What formats does Rubicon Project accept?
The Rubicon Project accepts CSV, TXT and XML. In CSV and TXT files, each line includes all of the fields/data for a specific product, and each field is separated by a comma. For example, line one may include the following for the first product item: product SKU, product URL, title, image, price, description. Line two would include the same for product item two, and so on.
How to send your feed to the Rubicon Project?
You can either send a sample of your feed to your Account Manager, or you can submit by FTP or HTTP. If you send to your Account Manager, you will receive an SFTP location where you can upload your feed.
You are free to name your feed as you please as long as the name format is consistent. Ideally, feeds should be updated regularly. Feed information should not use UTF-8 and special characters inside the feed should be avoided where possible.
