Required RichRelevance feed fields

Field NameDescription

Product ID

<product_id>

Unique code used to identify the product. Max 100 characters.

Product name

<name>

The full name of the product as it is displayed on the website. Max 255 characters.

Product price

<price>

Current price of the product, including decimal point but no currency symbols.
Recommendable
<recommendable>
Whether the product is recommendable or not. Usually used to indicate whether a product is in stock or out of stock.

Product image URL

<image_url>

Link to the product image on the website.

Product URL

<link_url>

Link to the product page on the website.

Optional RichRelevance feed fields

Product parent ID

<product_parent_id>

Code defining the parent of a product.

Product rating

<rating>

Overall rating of the product.

Review total

<num_reviews>

How many reviews the product has had.

Product brand

<brand>

Name of the brand or manufacturer of the product. Max 255 characters.

Sale price

<sale_price>

Used if the sale price is different from the full price.

Sale start date

<start_date>

What date the sale starts.

Sale price minimum

<sale_price_min>

Minimum sale price.

Sale price maximum

<sale_price_max>

Maximum sale price.

List price minimum

<list_price_min>

Minimum list price.

List price maximum

Maximum list price.

What formats does RichRelevance accept?

Feeds should be provided as a TXT file. Files should be encoded in UTF-8 without a BOM (bite order mark).

How to send your product feed to RichRelevance

Feeds should be uploaded once per day to the RichRelevance FTP server. Product feed files should be placed in a Catalog Feed ZIP or GZ file along with a Category Feed File (a hierarchical description of your catalog’s category structure) and a Product-Category Mapping Feed File (a mapping of products to relevant categories). A Product Attribute Feed File can also be supplied if necessary. All files should be in TXT format.
