Feeds should be provided as a TXT file. Files should be encoded in UTF-8 without a BOM (bite order mark).

How to send your product feed to RichRelevance

Feeds should be uploaded once per day to the RichRelevance FTP server. Product feed files should be placed in a Catalog Feed ZIP or GZ file along with a Category Feed File (a hierarchical description of your catalog’s category structure) and a Product-Category Mapping Feed File (a mapping of products to relevant categories). A Product Attribute Feed File can also be supplied if necessary. All files should be in TXT format.
