How to create a LiveIntent product feed

Required LiveIntent feed fields with a description of each field

Field Name Short Description
Product ID Unique code that identifies the product internally by retailers, usually the SKU.
Product description Short description of the product.
Product image URL Link to the product image on the website.
Product URL Link to the product page on the website.
Product title Full name or title of the product.
Product price The current price of the product.


Optional LiveIntent feed fields with a description of each field

Field Name Short Description
Product availability Whether the product is in stock or out of stock.
Sale price If the product price is discounted.
Product group IDIf the product group/category has a separate ID.


LiveIntent product feed specifications is compatible with Google and Facebook product feed specs, so these can be used if necessary. Additional attributes will be omitted but this should not cause any problems.


What formats does LiveIntent accept?

Files can be sent in CSV, TSV or TXT format.


How to send your product feed to LiveIntent

The file should be placed at a URL address.
