Because the new Google Shopping Actions is a marketplace, it brings a few new API routes that Google Shopping did not formerly have.
In terms of sending products to Google, there is an API option as well as the typical normal S/FTP option, but you should definitely make sure you optimize your product data first.
For pulling orders from Google, there is a new orders API that allows you to:
1. Receive and acknowledge new orders
2. Send Google updates on tracking numbers
3. Handle cancellations and refunds
