One pesky Bing Shopping error is the “we are unable to map your file” error. The steps below will help you fix it!
Bing Error: We are unable to map your file to one of the catalogs in store: <store_name>
Cause: There is no Product Catalog in your Bing Store that corresponds to the feed filename you have submitted.
Solution: In your Bing Merchant Center account, verify the filename in your Catalog Settings tab and resubmit your feed. If you have not yet created a catalog for your store, create one and set your preferred filename.
